The Goth Tea Society is where the alternative community comes to connect, reflect, and recharge.
While the broader Gloom Collective hosts our region’s massive nights out, we specialize in the quiet and the conversational. We are here to set the table for genuine connection.
Our Gatherings: We host monthly Goth Tea Parties designed for deep, meaningful discussions over a steaming cup.
Our Role: We proudly fund, sponsor, and support the grand, high-energy events in our local scene.
Our Wares: We offer a small, curated selection of teaware, accessories, and oddities to bring a touch of the macabre into your everyday life.
Whether you are seeking a safe space to share stories or simply a quiet moment in the dark, you have found your people.
Our monthly gatherings are free to attend.
Absolutely! Send a direct message through Facebook or Instagram or email admin@silentgrovefarm.com to set up a meeting.
Absolutely not! Our tea party events have very limited seating and will also be held at a private residence. Common courtesy is most welcome.
It is not required, but it is highly encouraged. If you choose not to comply, we may dress you up anyway.
We have traditional English afternoon high tea. English black tea will be served from teapots. A variety of other teas and coffee is also available.
Sandwiches, scones, and desserts are provided during tea.
Yes! Desserts or finger foods to share would be most appreciated, but not required. Alcohol or mind-altering substances are not allowed during tea (approximately 2 hours, usually between 3 pm and 5 pm).
This is an outdoor event on a screened porch. Weather permitting, we may also have a picnic area in the garden available. Bring blankets and a parasol!
Lots of socializing! As the afternoon turns to evening, we may all go home, we may all go out, or there may be adult drinks, maybe some karaoke, BBQ, photoshoot, flower picking… who knows…
Contact the Goth Tea Society for info on hosting.
We have options for vanilla people here as well!
